Join MCSC Women’s Business Center Director Norma Dunn and Thomas Scheu, Business Opportunity Specialist, from the SBA Fresno District Office as they discuss the value of the SBA 8a Certification and its components. The 8(a) program is a nine-year business development program that provides business training, counseling, marketing and technical assistance to small businesses that have been certified. You will learn the “why” and “how” of this certification.
